Websites Personified

He stood infront of the big solid wooden door of the large house as big as a palace, a little nervous. He could hear a distant sound of music with base beats booming amidst a peaceful silence all around. He could see the door almost popping in and out like a speaker’s membrane with each beat of base. The vibration of each beat echoed in his ear softly till the next one came in and stirred his drums. He anxiously rang the bell. Peeping back over his shoulder he brushed his eyes slowly through the lash green lawn infront of the house. Suddenly the door opened, and the distant sound of music, now sounded as being played inside his head. He felt a rush of musical notes just sweeping him through. The enormous wave of sound was also accompanied by a beautiful host. She was wearing a beautiful elegant dress with all colours of the rainbow, and most importantly, a welcoming smile. With a soft voice, which could at the same time overpower the loud music, she said, “Hey rookie!! Come on in…the party is already on.”
Our hero stepped in through the door gazing all around at the dazzling party going on. He was wearing a nice suit of black colour with a hint of dark blue in it, with a nice rich white shirt and red silk tie. His hair groomed well and shoes well-polished and with a very stately walk. Quickly he could grab the attention of all in the party thanks to his good looks and charm.
“Do you have your own logo badge? Pin it on if you have got, so that everyone know who you are. You already seem to be luring a whole lot of crowd.” The Host said to him, sparing some quick seconds off her busy hosting work.
Everything moved with lightning speed. The tempo was high. Everyone was busy seeking attention; everyone was busy rising up the importance level. If you stood still, you would be lost in the crowd. He saw a lot of successful ones as well. He saw the host spending more time with an elite few. He glanced at their badges they were wearing. One had a white small cased ‘f’ in a blue square, other had an ‘a’ with an orange curved arrow below it. Somebody had a red rectangle with an arrow head in the middle as his badge while someone was sporting a badge with a sphere made of jigsaw puzzle and letters on it. And one most attractive, tall and handsome, with Google written on his badge. Well they were the VIPs of the party and he stood far away from them. The VIPs had a flock of fans around them. The guy with the ‘a’ badge seemed so very helpful and so very polite while dealing with his fans. Infact all those, VIPs, were the friendliest people you have ever seen. They all were adorably gorgeous people. People felt safe with them. People were enjoying around them.
“Hey you seem to be new here?” suddenly a voice on his right startled him.
“Yes Sir! I have just come today.”
He replied with a smile to the man who seemed interested looking at the badge our guy was sporting. A badge with a car on it. On top of being ostentatious, our guy was also a well behaved eloquent speaker and an expert in automobiles. People with cars, which nowadays almost everyone is, or people who were planning to buy a new car, were all attracted towards him. He gave them advice on how to maintain their cars in best condition, how to get the best out of their cars, and what to look for in your potential car and everything that was required to know. He was a hit!! What he was telling was important and even more important was the way he was telling. He was calm, organised, no-nonsense guy whose eyes sparkled with every word he spoke. Before he could know, he was turning into a hot cake of the party. Fans started flocking around him as well.
The crowd was being pulled towards him. He was an epicentre now. No later than a few minutes, the Host was there for him now. Now with more minutes to spare to him. More words to speak to him. Now what was important for him is to keep the spirit of him alive, to retain the interests, and constantly strive for greater goals.
Our guy can be a personified version of one of a new websites just entering the World Wide Web. Needless to mention, our beautiful elegant Host was the World Wide Web. Google badged guy can be said as the best one of the VIPs or in other words my favourite website. Google to say the least is everything. You need to do anything, just Google it, you’ll get it. Google has catered to the needs of each and every individual using www, and that too with great speed, great accuracy and minimal bugs (zero).
Our guy must be looking at Google in the party, be a greater website sensation and keep his Host from being stolen by the giant G.
